We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after completing your reservation to request a refund in case you changed idea about your booking with us.
To apply for a refund, you can contact us at email@example.com. You can always contact us for any refund question at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
